Yearly Habit Tracker does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything you record stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
WHAT THE APP STORES
The app saves the following on your device only, so that your data survives closing and reopening the app: the name you enter during onboarding; the habits you create, including their names, icons, colours, units and goals; the values you log against each day; and your app preferences, such as language.
This is written to the app's private storage area, which the Android operating system isolates from other apps. It is not readable by other applications on your device.
WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO
Personal information collected: none. The app never asks for an email address, phone number, or any account.
Data sent off the device: none. The app makes no network requests.
Analytics or crash reporting: none. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is included.
Advertising: none. The app contains no ads and does not use the Android advertising ID.
Data shared with third parties: none. There is no third party to share with.
Device permissions requested: none. The app declares no Android runtime permissions.
Location, contacts, camera and microphone: never accessed.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS, AND YOU CONTROL IT
Because nothing leaves your device, there is no server-side copy to request or delete. To erase everything the app has stored, clear the app's data in Android Settings, under Apps, then Yearly Habit Tracker, then Storage, or uninstall the app. Both remove your habits and logged history permanently.
There is no backup. Because your data lives only on your device, it is not synced to any cloud service and cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app, clear its data, or lose the device.
CHILDREN
The app is not directed to children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If a future version of the app adds any feature that transmits data, for example optional cloud backup or sync, this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the effective date above will change.
