Dear Parents & Guardians,
Good day!
We hope you are doing well at this time of the year. It is an exciting time as we are awaiting for the graduation of your child. We would like to thank you for entrusting your child with Studentdesk Integrated Montessori School as your partner in your child’s education especially during this challenging time.
This year's ceremony focuses on the theme: "K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity", which highlights our continuous pursuit of our mission in the midst of a global crisis.
Recently, the World Health Organization, the Department of Health, and the OCTA Research Group have released a warning of another surge in coronavirus infections in our country by May or June, similar to what other countries are experiencing now. As much as we wanted to hold face-to-face ceremonies, we have to prioritize everyone's health and safety. That said, our annual End-of-School Year rites will again be held online.
In order to make this event possible and memorable, please take note of the following guidelines:
I. BEFORE THE EVENT
a. Communication
Please make sure to check the SDIMS Community Updates and Announcements regularly which is found on your child’s Kindred classroom.

For any concerns, you may reach out to your child’s Academic Adviser via email or google chat.

We will be preparing a powerpoint presentation where the picture, full name and level of each graduate is indicated in each slide. The collection of powerpoint presentation will also be sent to all graduates as a souvenir of the batch.
Graduates are requested to submit their photograph following the specifications below on or before May 16, 2022 (Monday). You can take their picture at home or their preferred studio. If you will be taking your own picture, make sure that you are in a well-lit place.
