Yucaipa-Calimesa Educational Enrichment Foundation

MISSION STATEMENT

The Yucaipa-Calimesa Educational Enrichment Foundation (hereinafter, “the Foundation” or “YCEEF”) is a voluntary organization comprised of committed community leaders who are dedicated to improving the educational opportunities--including the academic, artistic, and career/technical education needs--of the students who attend school in the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District. The Yucaipa-Calimesa Educational Enrichment Foundation was originally chartered on January 29, 2013.

PURPOSE AND GOALS

The purpose of the Yucaipa-Calimesa Educational Enrichment Foundation shall be to complement the efforts of the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District in providing innovative programs and a world-class education to the students who attend school in the Yucaipa Calimesa Joint Unified School District by the following:

  • assisting in the development and support of enrichment opportunities in the fine and performing arts,
  • assisting in the development and support of core academic and enrichment opportunities, including but not limited to career/technical, online, and/or summer courses, and
  • supporting the funding and distribution of financial awards to students to assist with their current educational endeavors.

With the help of a solid educational community foundation, local schools will be ensured the funds needed to provide students with access to the opportunities outlined in the YCEEF mission.
