When registering your account (via email or social login using Google or Apple), we collect:

Unique login identifiers to secure your account.
As a user, you input your work data to perform financial calculations. We collect and store locally and in the cloud:
Workplace/job names and details (Wages, Rates, Currency).
Logs of workdays and actual/overtime work hours.
Financial advances, deductions, bonuses, and compensations.
Notes you take within the app about your workdays.
Device data: Device type, operating system (iOS or Android), language settings, and timezone.
Network information: Internet connection status (to check sync availability).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Providing and operating the service: Enabling you to manage your work logs, calculate your monthly wages, and generate PDF reports.
Cloud Sync (for multiple devices): Securely uploading your logs to the cloud database so you can access them from any other device when logging in with the same account.
Sending notifications and reminders: Reminding you to log your workdays if you enable the reminder option in settings.
Displaying ads: Showing personalized or non-personalized ads using the Google AdMob network to support the continuity of the free app (subject to your explicit consent under GDPR policies).
3. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage (Offline-First): All your data (workdays, jobs, advances) is first saved inside a secure local database on your personal device using Drift (SQLite) technology. You can use the app completely offline.
Cloud Storage: When an internet connection is available and a registered account is present, data is transmitted encrypted to our servers.
Data Security: We use advanced encryption technologies to ensure that no other user or external party can access or modify your work data.
4. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Data is only shared with cloud and technical services necessary to operate the app, as follows:
Our servers: To save and secure your account data and work logs in the cloud.
Google AdMob (Ad Network): To display ads within the app. We integrate the User Messaging Platform (UMP) to comply with European data protection laws (GDPR), where you have the right to choose to accept or reject personalized ad tracking.
Authentication Service Providers (Google & Apple): To facilitate secure login and identity verification.
5. Your Rights and Data Control
We grant you full control over your data. You can perform the following at any time from within the app:
Edit or delete any registered jobs, work logs, or advances.
Restore deleted jobs from the trash or permanently delete them.
Export your financial data completely as PDF files.
Permanently Delete Account and Data: You can request the immediate and complete deletion of your account through the Settings screen -> Danger Zone -> Delete Account. This action will permanently and irreversibly delete your account and all associated logs and jobs from our servers and your device.
6. Children's Privacy Policy
The Yomiati app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately from our servers.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. We recommend you review this policy periodically.
