The Young Actors Workshop (YAW) of Ilion Little Theater Club has been consistently operating since 2005 (17 years) although it did initially pilot as Ilion Little Theatre Club Junior Chapter several years prior. The program is an opportunity for youth ages 7-17 to experience theatre fundamentals culminating in an end of program performance.

Participants will gain experience in theatrical makeup & special effects, props, set design, improvisation, character development, and much more all while being introduced to proper theatre etiquette, team building, and positive reinforcement.

Ilion Little Theater has been offering these youth workshops free of charge to area children, giving them a chance to learn about acting and stagecraft by participating in the production of a play.
