Welcome to my website! My name is Yau Wing Li, with Yau Wing as my given name.
I am currently a Research Fellow in Mathematics at the University of Melbourne, under the supervision of Professor Kari Vilonen. I am interested in representation theory, particularly geometric representation theory and affine Hecke categories.
Previously, I held a postdoctoral position at the Institute for Advanced Study, under the supervision of Professor Jacob Lurie.
I completed my PhD in 2021 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology under the supervision of Professor Zhiwei Yun.
