An array of 4 x 4 wind generating units spanning approximately 1 m x 1m active wind generating area. A serial communication to independently control each wind-generating unit. The maximum wind speed is approximately 10 m/s. G.U.I./A.P.I. for setting desired wind speed from a computer.
