• This project was a part of the Advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics course.

• The objective was to simulate the kind of flows generated due to instability between the gravitational and buoyancy forces

• The validation for this code was conducted by converting Rayleigh–Bénard Convection problem into a standard Lid-driven cavity problem.
