Overview
YardGlyph is a personal football record app. It helps you save match logs, ratings, training plans, app preferences, and export files on your device. The app is designed for private personal reference.
Information We Collect
The app stores information you enter or create inside the app, including player name, match dates, teams, opponents, scores, positions, minutes, appearance type, selected stats, ratings, tags, notes, weekly goals, training sessions, theme preference, unit preference, time format preference, and visible stat settings. This information is stored locally using Hive storage on your device.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
YardGlyph does not include an account system, authentication, analytics SDK, ads SDK, crash reporting SDK, cloud sync, location access, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, photos access, or notification permission. The app does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond the records you choose to enter.
How We Use Information
The app uses locally stored information to display your records, calculate summaries, show insights, preserve settings, create PDF or CSV exports, and support the match logging and training features you use.
Data Sharing
YardGlyph does not sell your data. The app shares data only when you choose to export a PDF or CSV file through the system share sheet. You control the destination selected in that share sheet.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Google In-App Purchases for voluntary contribution packs. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play according to Google Play terms and policies. The app includes a WebView to display the privacy policy page and uses internet permission for that policy page and billing-related services. The app also uses platform sharing services when you export files.
Data Storage and Security
Your records are stored locally on your device. Export files are generated temporarily on your device before sharing. YardGlyph does not claim cloud storage or custom encryption. Device-level protections, operating system permissions, and your own sharing choices affect access to exported or locally stored data.
Data Retention and Deletion
Records remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, clear app data, or use the in-app delete-all-data option. Exports you share or save outside the app must be managed from the destination where you sent or stored them.
Children’s Privacy
YardGlyph is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or cloud service.
User Choices
You can choose what match and training information to enter. You can change app preferences in Settings, export PDF or CSV files, avoid voluntary contribution purchases, and delete locally stored app data from within Settings or through your device system controls.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when app features, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
