YardageKit (“we,” “us,” or “the App”) helps you size a concrete order and follow the pour through Day 1 / 3 / 7 / 28 curing on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and what it does not do.

By using YardageKit, you agree to this Policy.

1. Our approach

YardageKit is built to stay on your phone.

In the App, this Privacy Policy may be opened in an in-app WebView (an embedded browser screen). Loading this page may use a network connection to fetch the hosted policy text from our web host. Viewing the policy does not upload your pour tickets to a YardageKit server.

2. Information stored on your device

Depending on how you use the App, YardageKit may save the following locally on your device:

• Pour / job details you enter (such as job name, dimensions, shape, calculated yardage or bag estimates, waste settings, and multi-piece rollups)

• Saved pour tickets and recent job history

• Curing checklist progress for Day 1 / 3 / 7 / 28 and related timestamps

• App settings you choose (such as default units and waste percentage)

• Whether you have seen the welcome notice

• Optional curing reminder schedules tied to a pour

This information is used only to provide the App’s features: order sizing, saved jobs, the pour timeline, and optional reminders.

3. Notifications

If you opt in, YardageKit can schedule local notifications on your device (for example morning nudges on curing milestone days).

• Reminders are scheduled and delivered by your device’s notification system.

• You may see a system permission prompt.

• You can deny permission, disable notifications in system Settings, or turn reminders off in the App.

• We do not send marketing push messages from a YardageKit server.

4. What we do not collect

YardageKit is designed without:

• A YardageKit user account or login

• YardageKit cloud sync of your pours

• Sale of personal information

• In-app advertising that tracks you across other companies’ apps for ad targeting (as of the date above)

We do not ask for your name, phone number, or payment card inside the App for core features.

5. Internet use and the WebView

Core pour sizing, saved jobs, and curing follow-through work on device.

The App may use the internet when you open certain linked pages—most commonly this Privacy Policy—inside the in-app WebView. In that case:

• Your device requests the policy page from the web host that publishes it

• The host (and your network provider) may process standard technical data typical of loading a webpage (such as IP address and device/browser information), under that host’s and your carrier’s practices

• YardageKit does not use the WebView to upload your pour history to our own backend

6. Third parties

Apple and your device platform provide system services such as local notifications, on-device storage, and App Store distribution. Their practices are described in their own policies.

The web host that serves this Privacy Policy page processes page requests as described above.

We do not sell your information to data brokers.

7. Children

YardageKit is a utilities-style tool for jobsite / DIY pour planning. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Retention and deletion

Because pour data is stored on your device, you control it:

• Delete saved pours in the App where that action is available

• Clear App data, or offload/delete the App, in system Settings

• Uninstalling the App removes the App’s local data from that device (subject to how your operating system manages backups)

9. Estimates only

YardageKit provides estimates and field reminders only. It is not a substitute for a licensed engineer, supplier quote, bag label, project specification, or building code. Always verify quantities and curing practice with qualified professionals and your materials supplier before you pour or load a slab.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy. The updated text will appear when you open the policy in the App’s WebView (or in a browser).
