YanYan Zhao

I am currently an Assistant Professorship in School of Public Health, at Shandong University starting from Sep. 1, 2021. Before joining SDU, I was a postdoc researcher, in the Department of Statistical Sciences at the University of Toronto, working with Prof. Lei Sun. I obtained my PhD degree in Statistics from Nankai University in 2017, under the supervision of Prof. Zhaojun Wang and Prof. Changliang Zou.  I'm also a trainee of the CANSSI-Ontario STAGE training program at the University of Toronto, receiving mentorship from Prof. Lei Sun, Prof. Lisa Strug and Prof. Johanna Rommens.
