A popular swinger says human beings were never built for monogamy – and encouraged Brits to “keep up”.
Olivia, who goes by the name Vista Wife online, made an Instagram video outlining her arguments for anyone who believes swinging or being in an open relationship is “disgusting”.
She said ancient cultures like the Romans and Greeks embraced non-monogamy before having one partner for life was encouraged in society.
Olivia, who is from Lincolnshire and married her childhood sweetheart over ten years ago, believes people are still following a script that was not designed for modern humans.
And encouraging her thousands of fans to reconsider how they connect with others, the lifestyle educator said: “Regardless of what you think, let’s strip it all down and let’s look at the statistics and biology.
“Did you know divorce rates in the UK are hovering around 42% and the second biggest reason for divorce is infidelity?
“So let’s just strip everything away from what we know about marriages and relationships and actually look at the human body and our instincts.
“If we were supposed to be designed to be with just that one person you wouldn’t window shop, you wouldn’t want to kiss that guy in a bar you wouldn’t certainly watch porn.
“Guys, marriage is just a social construct, you go back in time and everyone was at it. The world is changing, don’t be close minded, just try and keep up.”
