This Privacy Policy explains how AI Video ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our AI video generation application.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Device Identifier
When you first open the App, we generate or read a device identifier (such as the Android ID) to create an anonymous guest account. This lets you use the App without registration, email, or phone number.
1.2 Anonymous Account ID
Your guest account is identified by a short random ID. You may optionally change this ID in the App to sync your credits and videos across devices.
1.3 Content You Provide
We process the text prompts you enter and the photos you choose to upload, solely to generate the videos you request. Uploaded photos are transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI model providers for processing.
1.4 Purchase Information
Purchases are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. We receive only an anonymous app user ID and purchase status to credit your account. We never see or store your payment card details.
1.5 Usage Data
We store the number of tasks you have created, their status, and credit consumption to operate the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Create and maintain your anonymous account
- Generate videos from your prompts and photos
- Track and deliver your credit balance and purchases
- Provide customer support and prevent abuse
3. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third parties:
- Google Play Billing — payment processing
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management
- Cloud AI model providers — video generation processing
- Cloud storage providers — hosting of uploaded images and generated videos
4. Data Retention
Generated videos and task records are kept while your account exists. You may delete individual videos at any time inside the App. You may delete your entire account (including your ID, credits, and all videos) from the Account screen; deletion is immediate and irreversible.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, and only as needed to operate the App.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
All network traffic between the App and our servers uses HTTPS. Sensitive request parameters are additionally encrypted in transit.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
9. Delete Account
AI Video allow user to delete account:
1. Click delete account on Me page
2. All data will be deleted. Credits will be deleted.
