Terms of Service for Pixel Runners

1. Introduction
Welcome to Pixel Runners ("the Game"), a virtual reality game ("VR Game") created by Xuter Games ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"). The Game is developed by XuterGuy8432 ("the Developer"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and any future updates or modifications. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Game.

2. Eligibility
By using Pixel Runners, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. If you are under the required age, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Game.

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Game, you may need to create an account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

4. License to Use the Game
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Pixel Runners for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game or its content without the Company’s prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Game:

• Cheating or Exploiting Bugs: Manipulating or exploiting any part of the Game’s systems or mechanics.

• Harassment: Using the Game to harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

• Hacking: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the Game or its servers.

• Inappropriate Content: Uploading, sharing, or distributing offensive, obscene, or illegal content.

• Impersonation: Impersonating other players, the Company, the Developer, or any other entity.

6. Virtual Goods
Pixel Runners may offer in-game purchases ("Virtual Goods"), such as items, currency, or other features. You agree to pay for all Virtual Goods purchased and acknowledge that Virtual Goods have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or other assets outside of the Game.

7. User-Generated Content
The Game may allow you to create, upload, or share content, including but not limited to avatars, skins, and level designs ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content within the Game and for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Game is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of personal data we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your Account by following the instructions within the Game or contacting support.

10. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game's availability, performance, or content. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, the Developer, and their affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Game or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted in this document, and the date of the last update will be indicated at the top. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
