Xray Body Scanner Camera is an entertainment and personalization application that provides body scanner simulation effects, AI-powered visual features, launcher functionality, wallpapers, application shortcuts, and device customization tools.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting user information. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be accessed, collected, or processed when you use the App, how such information may be used, how third-party services may process certain information, and the choices available to you.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Xray Body Scanner Camera, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We May Collect and Process

Depending on the features you use, your device configuration, and the permissions you grant, the App and its integrated service providers may process the following categories of information.

1.1 Installed Application Information (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES)

Launcher functionality is one of the core features of Xray Body Scanner Camera.

When you use the launcher functionality or select Xray Body Scanner Camera as your device's default Home application, the App may access information regarding applications installed on your device.

This access is used to:

- Display installed applications within the launcher interface;

- Organize and manage application shortcuts;

- Enable application search;

- Allow users to launch installed applications;

- Support launcher navigation and personalization features.

Installed application information:

- Is used solely to provide launcher-related functionality;

- Is not sold to third parties;

- Is not used for advertising personalization;

- Is not used to create advertising or behavioral profiles;

- Is not shared with advertising partners for marketing purposes.

Whenever reasonably possible, installed application information is processed locally on your device.

Xray Body Scanner Camera does not use QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES access to read the private content contained within other applications. We do not use this permission to access messages, conversations, documents, contacts, photos, passwords, or other private content stored within other applications.

Certain launcher features may not function properly if the required access is unavailable.

1.2 Camera Permission

Xray Body Scanner Camera may request access to your device's camera to provide camera-related entertainment functionality, including:

- Body scanner simulation effects;

- Camera-based entertainment effects;

- AI-powered visual experiences where applicable;

- Other interactive camera features available within the App.

Camera access is activated when you intentionally use a feature that requires the camera.

The App does not secretly activate your camera or secretly capture photos or videos.

Where an image is selected or captured for an AI or visual feature, the image may be processed as necessary to provide the feature requested by the user, as further explained in the AI section of this Privacy Policy.

1.3 Photos, Media, and Storage Access

Depending on your Android version and the features you choose to use, Xray Body Scanner Camera may request access to selected photos, media, or device storage.

Such access may be used to:

- Allow you to select an image for supported features;

- Save generated or edited images;

- Save wallpapers;

- Access user-selected visual content;

- Store resources necessary for personalization features.

We do not use media permissions to unnecessarily scan or collect unrelated personal files from your device.

Depending on the technical implementation of a particular feature, processing may occur locally on your device or through a third-party/cloud-based service.

If information must be transmitted to a third-party AI service provider, only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested functionality should be transmitted.

2.2 AI Content Privacy

We do not sell images or prompts submitted through AI features as personal information.

User-provided content is not intended to be used for advertising personalization merely because it was submitted to an AI feature.

Where third-party AI providers are involved, their processing of information may also be governed by their respective privacy policies and contractual terms.

Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information through AI features unless it is necessary for the functionality they intentionally choose to use.

2.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content produced by artificial intelligence or automated image-processing technologies may be inaccurate, fictional, incomplete, unexpected, or different from real-world conditions.

AI-generated or simulated results are provided for entertainment and creative purposes.

They should not be considered professional, medical, health, legal, financial, or technical advice.

3. Body Scanner and Entertainment Disclaimer

Xray Body Scanner Camera is an entertainment application.

Despite the name and visual presentation of certain features, the App does not provide real X-ray technology or actual medical body scanning.

The App does not provide:

- Real X-ray scanning;

- Medical imaging;

- Medical diagnosis;

- Health diagnosis;

- Body diagnostics;

- Actual internal-body visualization;

- Professional anatomical examination;

- Medical or healthcare advice.

Any scanner-style results, body effects, images, animations, AI-generated content, or similar visual experiences displayed by the App are simulated or generated for entertainment purposes.

The App cannot see through clothing or the human body and cannot detect bones, organs, diseases, injuries, or medical conditions.

Do not use Xray Body Scanner Camera to make medical or health-related decisions.

If you have a health concern, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

4. How We Use Information

Information processed through Xray Body Scanner Camera may be used to:

- Provide body scanner simulation and entertainment features;

- Provide AI-powered features requested by users;

- Provide launcher functionality;

- Display, organize, search, and launch installed applications;

- Provide wallpapers and personalization functionality;

- Maintain and improve App functionality;

- Improve performance and stability;
