This Privacy Policy applies to the Xplode mobile application ("Application") developed and managed by Wielder Technology Private Limited. The Application is provided as a free service, and is offered "AS IS".
User-Provided Information
When you register or make an admission in the Application, we collect:
Name
Email address
Phone number
This information is required for account creation, login, booking services, and academy enrollments. Without registration, you cannot use the Application.
We do not collect photos, videos, or health-related data directly in this Application. Any health card, gallery, or scorecard data visible in the Application comes from your respective academy’s system and is displayed for your convenience.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Application, we automatically collect certain technical information, such as:
Device type and model
Operating system and version
IP address
App usage statistics
We also request location permissions to show you nearby turfs, venues, and academies based on your current location. Location data is only used for this purpose and is not stored permanently.
We may share your information:
With academies, coaches, and venue managers you choose to engage with for bookings or enrollments
With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics) who work on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
As required by law or in response to valid legal requests
To protect our rights, safety, or prevent fraud
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The Application itself is free to download and use.
However, academy coaching fees and turf booking charges are set by the respective academies and venue hosts. Payments are handled as per the policies of the academy/venue and are outside the control of Wielder Technology Private Limited.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your information within a reasonable time, except where we are legally required to retain it.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at sportsxplode@gmail.com to request deletion.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the Application. Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the revised policy.
