If you want a unique, open-ear experience with a smart display for quick checks during video calls, choose Xmenha Touch Screen TWS; if you need deep bass, low-latency gaming performance, and superior noise cancellation for professional clarity, choose Lemin 5.3.
• Xmenha Touch Screen TWS: Its standout feature is the integrated smart screen on the charging case that lets you control volume, view battery levels, and even set alarms without touching your phone, though its open-ear design sacrifices deep bass isolation. This pick is for the tech-savvy user who prioritizes convenience and comfort over immersive audio depth.
• Lemin 5.3: It excels with dedicated gaming modes offering 45ms latency and ENC technology for crystal-clear voice pickup, but it lacks the interactive case display found in the competitor. This pick is for gamers and professionals who demand lag-free connectivity and background noise suppression.
The Xmenha Touch Screen TWS is an unusual entry in the wireless audio market because it fundamentally changes how you interact with your device through its charging case. The most defining characteristic here is the smart screen embedded directly into the earbuds' enclosure. Unlike standard cases that merely store power, this unit functions as a secondary interface. You can inspect the battery levels for both the buds and the case, adjust sound effect modes, and control volume settings right from the case itself. It even allows you to check the time and set alarms without ever pulling your smartphone out of your pocket or bag. This level of integration suggests a product designed for someone who wants their accessories to be functional command centers rather than passive storage units.
From a physical design perspective, these are open-ear earbuds built with a focus on lightweight stability. They utilize premium soft silicone materials and an ergonomic surround design intended to fit comfortably in smaller ear canals. The "streamlined sinking design" means they sit outside the ear canal rather than inside it, which is a significant trade-off for those seeking isolation. While this ensures a painless, harmless wear experience that feels free during workouts or long runs, it inherently limits the amount of bass you will hear compared to in-ear alternatives. The Bluetooth 5.4 transmission distance is listed at about 10 meters (380ft) barrier-free, providing reliable connectivity for moving around a room.

This product is best suited for individuals who spend a lot of time in environments where situational awareness is critical. If you are working in a busy office or running outdoors, the open-ear design prevents you from being cut off from your surroundings. The built-in microphone is engineered to accurately identify and suppress external noise during calls, aiming to keep your voice clear even in noisy environments. However, the battery life is specified at 5 hours of continuous play on a single charge, with the 400mAh case extending the total usage to roughly 30 hours. If your video calls or music sessions consistently run longer than five hours without access to a charger, you might find yourself needing to recharge more frequently than with some competitors.
You should skip the Xmenha Touch Screen TWS if you are looking for the deepest possible bass response or if you require active noise cancellation to block out loud construction work or airplane engines. The "Whale cavity stereo surround sound" is an upgrade over previous generations, but it cannot compete with the acoustic seal of an in-ear bud. It is also not ideal for competitive gaming where sub-millisecond audio precision is the difference between winning and losing, as the open design does not offer the same audio immersion.
The Lemin 5.3 headphones take a different approach, focusing heavily on performance metrics that matter most to gamers and call-heavy users. The headline feature here is the dual-mode capability powered by Bluetooth 5.3 technology. One mode is optimized for general music listening, while the other switches specifically to a gaming mode that delivers an ultra-low latency of just 45ms. This reduction in delay is crucial for anyone using these devices as the best headset for video calls or gaming where visual and audio synchronization must be perfect. A laggy connection during a meeting or a game can be frustrating, and this specific specification addresses that pain point directly.
Audio quality is driven by custom 10mm high-sensitivity speakers designed to deliver enhanced bass and a full-bodied sound. Because these are in-ear buds, they create a natural acoustic seal that isolates the listener from the outside world, allowing the HiFi stereo deep bass to shine through. To support this, the Lemin 5.3 incorporates 4 ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology. This system actively reduces background noise during calls, ensuring that your voice remains clear and uninterrupted regardless of what is happening around you. This makes them a strong contender for the title of best gaming headset for video calls, as they balance immersive audio with communication clarity.
Comfort is addressed through a lightweight build, with each earbud weighing only 3.6 grams. Despite being in-ear, the design aims to provide a snug and secure fit that doesn't cause discomfort during extended sessions. The aesthetic leans into a retro sci-fi theme, inspired by robot movies, featuring a sleek rounded cybernetic body with a smooth matte texture. This gives the device a distinct look that stands out from the generic plastic look of many other earbuds. Battery life is robust, offering up to 7.5 hours of continuous usage on a single charge, which totals up to 30 hours with the charging case included.
This product is ideal for users who prioritize audio fidelity and communication quality above all else. If you are frequently on Zoom meetings, taking client calls, or engaging in online gaming, the combination of ENC noise cancellation and low-latency gaming mode makes this the superior choice. However, if you have sensitive ears or prefer to keep one ear open to hear traffic while jogging, the in-ear design might feel too intrusive. The IP5 rating offers protection against dust and water splashes, making it suitable for workouts, but it does not claim to be fully submersible.

After analyzing the specifications and intended use cases for both devices, I would buy the Lemin 5.3. While the Xmenha Touch Screen TWS offers a fascinating novelty with its case display, the core function of any earbud—delivering clear audio and reliable communication—is executed better by the Lemin. The 45ms low-latency mode and the 4 ENC noise cancellation make it the far more capable tool for video calls, ensuring my voice is heard clearly and my audio stays synced. For a user torn between a gimmick and genuine performance utility, the Lemin 5.3 delivers the professional-grade features needed for daily work and entertainment.
Yes, the Lemin 5.3 offers 7.5 hours of continuous playback on a single charge, which covers most standard meeting lengths, while the Xmenha lasts 5 hours. Both include microphones, but the Lemin's 4 ENC technology provides better background noise suppression for professional settings.
The Lemin 5.3 has a specific gaming mode that reduces latency to 45ms, making it suitable for fast-paced games. The Xmenha Touch Screen TWS does not advertise a dedicated low-latency gaming mode, so the Lemin is the safer choice for this purpose.
Yes, the Xmenha Touch Screen TWS uses a silicone material and an ergonomic clip design specifically for stable wear during running or jumping, as they are open-ear style. The Lemin 5.3 is also lightweight and secure but uses an in-ear bud shape.
