Inspired by those cherished memories and my love for baking, I created my own version—Crumbl Chocolate Chip Cookies. Soft, chewy, and loaded with chocolate chips, these cookies are perfect for any occasion. ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
instructions
1. cream the butter and sugars until fluffy
2. add in the eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch - mix to combine
3. add in the flour - mix until just combined
4. gently fold in the chocolate chips
6. portion the dough into 1/4 cup-sized balls - place on a baking sheet
7. bake @ 375 for 11 mins
