• I serve as a Guest Senior Editor for Production and Operations Management, special issue "Social Technologies in Operations".

• I serve as an Associate Editor on the editorial board of Information Systems Research from January 2022 to December 2023.

• I have been granted for Hi! PARIS Fellowship, Center on Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence for Science, Business and Society, 180 k€, 2021 - 2024.

Research Interests:

• Topics: Economic and social impacts of using online data or information, online consumer behaviors, online word-of-mouth, digital marketing, digital learning and online education, MOOCs, prosocial behaviors, human-AI interactions

• Methodologies: Applied econometrics, quasi-experiments, causal inference, field and laboratory experiments, data and business analytics

I served as a Program co-Chair for International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2021. I hold a Ph.D. in Management (specialized in Information Technologies) from MIT Sloan School of Management, USA and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Tsinghua University, China. I received my bachelor and master degrees in engineering from Tsinghua University.
