Question of the day: What are the three layers of earth's interior?

Answer: The earth is made up of three layers, the crust: which is the physical land you walk on every day. The mantle: lies underneath the crust and is made up of extremely hot iron and magnesium rich solid rock. The core: which is made up of two parts, the liquid outer core and the solid inner core.

In this presentation I will cover the most important characteristics of the earth's interior. I'll use the presentation as a lesson guide. Meaning the points I make are for my personal use to explain to my class verbally and physically.


Our Project !

Together we will create our own 3-D model of the earth' interior with clay! So let's start building

But before we begin we have a few rules to remember

  • No one will eat or take the clay from others. Everyone will be given the same amount of clay for the project

  • The clay is not edible so please don't eat it

  • If you have any questions during the project, please don't hesitate to ask me
