Hi! I am a Research Fellow at the Centre for Health Economics (CHE) at the University of York. I am interested in health economics, policy evaluation, and applied microeconomics. My current work focuses on how external incentives and risks—such as litigation exposure, payment reforms, and regulatory shocks—shape physicians' prescribing, labor supply, and patient outcomes, using quasi-experimental designs and large administrative health data.
Before joining CHE, I obtained my PhD in Public Policy from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
