This course is intended as a first experience for students who are interested in pursuing a career in business. This introductory course will teach students the basics of investments, including an overview of business schools’ popular topics, such as accounting, corporate finance, securities and financial derivatives. The benefits of taking this course will be twofold – on one hand, students will gain a better understanding of making investments, which contributes to the well-being of their personal finance; on the other hand, students will be able to develop an action plan for applying to business schools, which accomplishes their future career goals.
