About
Dr. Xiaobo Chen is currently a Professor of Chemistry at UMKC. He joined UMKC in 2011 after working at the University of California- Berkeley & Berkeley National Laboratory following his Ph.D. at Case Western Reserve University. His research interests include nanomaterials for renewable energy (H2 production, clean fuel generation, rechargeable batteries/supercapacitors, CO2 conversion, etc) and sustainable environment (CO2 reduction, pollution removal, self-cleaning materials, plastic reuse, etc) towards a better future.
