I am an applied microeconomist with research interests in urban and real estate economics, housing economics and finance, and Chinese economy.

I obtained my Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in August 2021. Before Wharton, I had a B.A/B.S. degree in International Area Studies, Mathematics and Economics from Washington University in St Louis in 2015.

Currently I am a Post-Doctoral Research Scholar at the Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy at New York University. Following that, I will join the Faculty of Business and Economics at Hong Kong University as an Assistant Professor starting Summer 2022.
