Major burn scarring along chest, shoulders, and upper back - some evidence of slight healing, though mostly permanent damage. General scarring from laceration wounds along the left shoulder, running down to the forearm. Surgical scar along the chest from open heart surgery holds well, no current risk of reopening. 

No broken bones.

Previous gunshot wounds to lower abdomen have healed well.

Deep scar wounds running down the middle of the back, jagged and non-uniform -- inflicted during a combat scenario via Sarkic cultists. No lasting impairments.

Scar along left lower jaw, inflicted via knife.

Cybernetic legs, administered after altercation with Sarkic-possessed HOA 'V'.

Good physical condition otherwise.

Cleared for active duty.
