2. Health Data (Apple HealthKit): With your permission, we read active energy, steps, and walking/running distance. We do not write HealthKit data.

3. Device & Usage Data: App usage events, diagnostic data, and crash logs.

3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:

1. Calculate calorie targets and daily totals.

2. Provide progress insights, charts, and reminders.

3. Sync data across devices when enabled.

4. Improve app performance and reliability.

4. Health Data Use
Health data is used only to provide xCal features. It is not used for advertising or marketing.

5. Third‑Party Services
We use the following services to operate and improve xCal:

• Firebase (data storage, sync, diagnostics)

• Branch (attribution and deep linking)

• RevenueCat (subscriptions)

• Apple Sign In (authentication)

These providers may process limited data solely for delivering their services.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers only to operate and improve the app.

7. Data Retention & Deletion
If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the request if there is no login during that period. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Users must be at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian permission and should not use the app alone.

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless canceled. Apple’s billing policies apply.

6. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

1. Misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
