This Privacy Policy explains (1) what data the X-Fighter app accesses via the Meta Horizon Platform, (2) how that data is used, (3) where the data is stored, and (4) how any user — regardless of location — can request deletion of data associated with their use of the app.

For the limited processing performed by the app on your device as described below, NiVision is the data controller. Leaderboard services and certain account-related data are provided and stored by Meta, which acts as an independent controller under its own policies.
X-Fighter uses the Meta Horizon Platform / SDK features to operate in-game leaderboards and social filters. Depending on the features you use, the app may access and process the following categories of data:
A. Meta account / profile data (displayed in leaderboards)
User identifier (e.g., USER_ID or a platform-provided identifier or a hashed form)
Used to associate a score with the correct player account.
Display name and/or avatar / profile image
Used to show your entry in the leaderboard user interface.
B. Gameplay / leaderboard data
Scores and gameplay statistics (e.g., points, rank, time, level, match results)
Used to create and display leaderboards, rankings, and personal bests.
C. Social graph data (only if you use the friends-only filter)
Friends list / friends identifiers (FRIENDS)
Used only to display a “friends-only” leaderboard view.
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, payment data, or biometric data through the app.
We do not run our own analytics or advertising trackers in X-Fighter.
We do not sell your data.
NiVision (our systems):
We do not store the data listed above on NiVision servers.
The app may create short-lived, on-device copies (e.g., in memory or temporary cache) only to render the UI and provide the leaderboard feature.
Meta (platform services):
Leaderboard records and related account/platform data are stored and managed by Meta (Meta Horizon Platform Leaderboards and related services).
X-Fighter reads those records to display them in-game and to apply the friends-only filter.
We use the data described in Section 2 only for the following purposes:
Operate in-game leaderboards (create and display rankings and score entries).
Provide friends-only filtering for leaderboards (if you select that option).
Ensure game integrity / anti-cheat and prevent abuse of leaderboard systems.
We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our processing is based on:
Performance of a contract (providing the requested game features such as leaderboards), and
Legitimate interests (protecting game integrity and preventing fraud/cheating), balanced against user rights.
We do not share user data with third parties, except:
Meta Horizon Platform services required to provide leaderboards and social features (as part of the platform functionality).
NiVision:
No server-side retention.
On-device data is processed transiently during gameplay and may be cached briefly to display UI. You can remove it by clearing the app data (see Section 9).
Meta:
Leaderboard entries and related platform data are retained according to Meta’s policies and user settings.
You can request deletion of data associated with your use of X-Fighter regardless of where you live.
A. Delete local/on-device data (stored on your headset/device)
You can remove local data by using your device settings to clear app data / uninstall the app.
If the game includes an in-game option such as “Reset / Clear Data”, you may also use it to clear local data.
B. Delete leaderboard entries and platform-stored data (stored by Meta)
Because leaderboard entries are stored and managed by Meta, deletion of those records must be requested through Meta’s deletion mechanisms and/or privacy settings. You can:
Use Meta account privacy/settings tools related to leaderboards (where available), and/or
Submit a deletion request through Meta support channels applicable to the Horizon Platform.
C. Request deletion assistance from NiVision (clear mechanism)
If you want help initiating deletion (including identifying what can be deleted locally vs. on Meta services), you may contact us directly:

Please include: your Meta display name and the approximate date/time of your last gameplay session (to help us locate the correct leaderboard entry identifiers in the platform context). Do not send passwords.
What we will do:
We will respond with instructions and guidance on deleting (1) local/on-device data and (2) Meta-stored leaderboard entries.
If any data under NiVision’s control is identified (e.g., local logs or device-cached data), we will provide steps to remove it.
Response timeframe: we will respond within 30 days (or sooner where required by law).
X-Fighter is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law (for example 13 or 16 depending on the region). Do not use the app if you do not meet the minimum age requirement.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data (e.g., encryption in transit via platform communications, access controls, data minimization). Not storing user data on NiVision servers reduces the risk surface.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at the published policy URL and will show the “Last updated” date above.
