Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 20, 2026
Thank you for using Horse Hunt. We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, how we protect it, and how you can contact us.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the app and the related in-app features. If you use features provided through the App Store, Game Center, iCloud, your email client, or other third-party services, those services may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
2. Information We Process
1. Game progress and settings: This may include level progress, coin balance, play count, failure count, duration, sound settings, haptic settings, and similar gameplay data. This information is mainly stored on your device.
2. iCloud sync data: If iCloud is enabled on your device and the app is allowed to use iCloud Key-Value Storage, we sync a snapshot of your game progress to your Apple iCloud so that progress can be restored or synced across devices signed in with the same Apple account.
3. Usage and diagnostics data: The app integrates Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. We may log app launches, screen views, button taps, app version, build version, and similar usage events. If the app crashes or encounters errors, crash stack traces, relevant app state, device model, OS version, and similar diagnostic information may be collected.
4. Feedback email: If you tap Feedback and choose to send an email, we will receive your email address, email content, and device information such as system version included in the email body.
5. Game Center leaderboard data: If you sign in to Apple Game Center or choose to view or participate in leaderboards, we may process information related to that feature, such as your Game Center authentication status, player nickname, and the leaderboard scores we submit for you, including completed main levels and unlocked skin counts. Apple processes Game Center data under its own policies and settings.
6. Ratings and sharing: When you tap rating or sharing buttons, those actions are handled by Apple App Store or the system share sheet. We do not read your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to save and sync game progress, provide basic settings such as sound and haptics, display, submit, or update Game Center leaderboard results, understand app stability and feature usage, locate and fix crashes or errors, respond to your feedback, maintain app security, and improve the product experience.
4. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. To provide app functionality, we may use Apple services such as Game Center, iCloud, App Store, system sharing, and email capabilities, as well as Google Firebase services for analytics and crash reporting. These third-party services process necessary information under their own policies. Except where required by law, to protect users or the developer's lawful rights, or to investigate security issues, we do not intentionally disclose your information to unrelated third parties.
5. Retention
Local game progress remains on your device until you clear progress in the app, delete the app, or the system removes the data. iCloud sync data is managed by your Apple account and iCloud settings. Game Center leaderboard data is managed by Apple Game Center according to its service behavior and your account settings. Feedback emails are retained for a reasonable period needed to handle feedback and maintain communication records. The retention period for analytics and crash data depends on the Firebase console configuration and Google Firebase policies.
6. Your Choices and Controls
You can turn sound effects or haptics off in the app settings; choose not to send feedback emails; manage iCloud permissions or disable iCloud sync in system settings; manage Game Center sign-in and leaderboard visibility through your Apple account or Game Center settings; and delete local game progress by uninstalling the app or using the in-app clear progress feature. To request access, deletion, or correction of information you provided by feedback email, contact us at the email address below.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors should use the app with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian. If a guardian believes a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps after verification.
8. Security and Updates
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. We may update this Privacy Policy as features, laws, or third-party services change. When updated, the app will display the new effective date.
9. Contact Us
