DogDoku Terms of Use

**Effective date: August 30, 2026**

Welcome to DogDoku. Please read these Terms of Use before using the app. By downloading, installing, opening, or using DogDoku, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, opening, or using DogDoku, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using and delete the app.

## 2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use DogDoku on Apple devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

These Terms supplement the [Apple Standard End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement controls to the applicable extent, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

## 3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the app in an unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or destructive manner.

- Cheat, manipulate scores or progress, exploit vulnerabilities, or use unauthorized automation.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify, or bypass restrictions in the app, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

- Interfere with the app, its servers, third-party services, or another user's use of the app.

- Impersonate another person or misuse another person's account, identity, room code, or credentials.

- Use the app to distribute malicious code, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.

## 4. Game Content and Progress

DogDoku provides a casual puzzle-game experience. Levels, rules, rewards, bones, progress systems, difficulty, and features may change between versions.

We take reasonable steps to protect local and iCloud game progress, but we do not guarantee that game data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or unable to synchronize.

## 5. Game Center and Leaderboards

If you sign in to or use Apple Game Center, you understand and agree that Apple may verify your Game Center account and display information such as your Game Center nickname, avatar, rankings, and scores.

Scores submitted to leaderboards must result from normal gameplay and must not be obtained through cheating, tampering, automation, exploit abuse, or other improper means.

To preserve fairness, comply with Apple requirements, or maintain service stability, we may reasonably synchronize, update, limit the display of, or disregard abnormal scores.

## 6. Friend Battle and World Battle

Friend Battle provides private invitation rooms for up to two players. Rooms are accessed using a six-digit room code. World Battle provides a public waiting-room list that players actively choose from; it does not provide automated random matching with strangers, text chat, or voice chat.

When you are signed in to Game Center, DogDoku may use the player display name and avatar supplied by Apple. If you are not signed in, the display name or avatar is unavailable, or avatar retrieval or upload fails, the app generates a display name and uses a bundled default avatar.

A Game Center avatar used for Battle is compressed, uploaded to Firebase Storage, and displayed through a download URL. The World Battle public list displays the host's Game Center display name and avatar (or an app-generated fallback), selected difficulty, aggregate battle statistics, and room occupancy to authenticated players. Users cannot enter their own display names or select other images for upload.

A room code is a private invitation mechanism and does not verify the other player's real-world identity. Share a room code only with a person you intend to play with. Before a room is full or closed, anyone who obtains a valid room code may attempt to join it. A World Battle public waiting room may be chosen and joined by another player.

Friend Battle participants must not:

- Cheat or tamper with the app.

- Exploit vulnerabilities.

- Impersonate another person.

- Interfere with the servers or third-party services.

- Disrupt another player's normal use of the game.

After both players meet the ready conditions, DogDoku synchronizes and settles the match according to the difficulty, time limit, lives, hints, progress, and result rules displayed in the current version.

Network latency, disconnection, leaving the app, incompatible app versions, or failures of third-party services may cause a match to be interrupted, reconnected, treated as a player departure, settled as a draw, or closed.

Private rooms and public waiting rooms are temporary. We do not guarantee that a room code, room state, or unfinished match will remain available permanently. Completed World Battle matches may retain a participant's match record and aggregate battle statistics.

## 7. Pro and Paid Features

Pro entitlement is subject to the description shown in DogDoku and may include unlocking main levels, increased rewards, smart assistance, complimentary hints, or other features.

Purchases, restore purchases, refunds, billing, and transaction verification are handled through the Apple App Store and StoreKit and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.

### 7.1 Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro and any limited-time promotional Lifetime Pro product are one-time, non-consumable purchases.

The product, price, and currency shown on Apple's purchase-confirmation sheet control the transaction. A promotional countdown or struck-through reference price is campaign presentation and does not replace Apple's final transaction information.

After a successful purchase and Apple verification, the corresponding lifetime entitlement may be restored using the same Apple account. A verified lifetime entitlement will not be canceled merely because a remote promotion is disabled.

### 7.2 Weekly Subscription

The weekly subscription has a one-week subscription period and renews automatically.

The actual price and currency are shown on Apple's purchase-confirmation sheet. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.

Unless you cancel using an option provided by Apple before the next renewal, the subscription will automatically renew and your Apple account will be charged. You can view, manage, or cancel the subscription in your device's system settings or through the App Store subscription-management page.

Disabling the weekly plan through remote configuration only hides the entry point for new purchases. It does not cancel an existing subscription. An existing subscription continues to provide its applicable benefits while it remains active.

### 7.3 Changes to Pro Benefits

If Pro benefits are added, adjusted, or removed in the future, we will try to explain those changes in the app. We will continue to provide the corresponding purchased benefits to subscribers whose applicable subscription period remains active, subject to these Terms, Apple's policies, and applicable law.

## 8. Rewarded Ads and Optional Rewards

Rewarded ads are entirely optional. You may decline advertising consent or choose not to watch an ad and continue using normal gameplay, levels, Battle, and purchased features.

Ad availability depends on privacy choices, region, connectivity, device state, and ad inventory. DogDoku does not guarantee that an ad will be available for every request.

A bone, hint, next step, skin, level unlock, or other reward is granted only after the ad completes and the advertising service confirms eligibility. Failure to receive a reward because an ad is interrupted, closed, unavailable, or not verified is not a paid loss. In-game virtual rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

Applicable advertising privacy choices can be managed as described in the DogDoku Privacy Policy and, where available, through **Settings → Ad Privacy Choices**.

## 9. Feedback

You may send issues, suggestions, or comments through the Feedback feature. You confirm that your feedback will not include unlawful, infringing, abusive, or inappropriate content.

To improve the app, you agree that we may use suggestions and ideas you voluntarily provide without payment or obligation to you.

## 10. Third-Party Services

DogDoku may use or open third-party services, including:

- Apple App Store and StoreKit.

- Apple Game Center.

- Apple iCloud and CloudKit.

- System sharing features.

- Camera and photo-library capabilities.

- Your selected email client.

- Google AdMob.

- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).

- Firebase Authentication.

- Firebase Realtime Database.

- Firebase Storage.

- Firebase Analytics.

- Firebase Crashlytics.

- Firebase Remote Config.

AdMob and UMP provide optional advertising, collect applicable advertising privacy choices, and determine how later ad requests are handled under those choices. Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, and Cloud Firestore are used to identify an app installation anonymously; create, list, join, and synchronize Friend Battle and World Battle rooms; and retain World Battle match records and aggregate battle statistics. Firebase Storage may be used to store and deliver a compressed Game Center avatar used in Battle.

Remote configuration may adjust campaigns, recommendations, product presentation, promotional status, and the weekly-subscription purchase entry without a new app release. Remote configuration does not bypass Apple StoreKit for billing or transaction verification and does not independently grant a paid entitlement.

Third-party services are operated by their respective providers and may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, regional availability, and technical limitations. Personal-information processing is also governed by the DogDoku Privacy Policy.

## 11. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, text, level design, graphics, sound effects, name, and other content in DogDoku are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except for components expressly owned by third parties.

Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the app or its content, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

## 12. Disclaimer

DogDoku is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free, secure, or fully meet your expectations.

Third-party services, network connections, device settings, regional availability, and Apple account status may affect the availability or operation of certain features.

## 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, DogDoku.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

## 14. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms due to feature changes, operational requirements, changes to third-party services, or legal requirements. When updated, we will publish the new effective date in the app and on the applicable terms page.

If you continue using DogDoku after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a material change legally requires separate consent, we will request it separately.

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all online or app features where reasonably necessary.

## 15. Governing Law

The formation, performance, and interpretation of these Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations.

If mandatory laws in your country or region provide otherwise, those mandatory provisions are not affected by these Terms.
