Terms of Service for Wyte Multimedia Enterprise

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the "Services") offered by Wyte Multimedia Enterprise. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide multimedia development services, including but not limited to:
Web design and development
Video production and editing
Graphic design and animation
2. User Representations and Warranties:
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 14 years old.
You are authorized to enter into this Agreement.
You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Use of the Services:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services for:
Spamming or other unsolicited communications.
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
Uploading harmful or malicious content.
Disrupting the Services or interfering with other users.
4. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials on the Services are protected by our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or materials on the Services without our prior written consent.
5. Fees and Payment:
Our fees for the Services are set forth upon contact and discussion of service, fees may change during the carrying out of service. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the terms set forth therein.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability:
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Termination:
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may terminate your access to the Services at any time by discontinuing your use of the Services.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jamaica. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The Jamaica International Arbitration Centre Limited (JAIAC).
10. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
11. Waiver:
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us.
12. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
