In a web browser, go to [Dell Support].
Click Browse all products.
Click Computers.
Click Thin Clients.
Click Wyse Hardware.
Click the Wyse Thin Client that you are working with.
Click Select This Product.
Click Drivers & Downloads.
From Category, select Application.
To the right of Dell Wyse USB Imaging Tool, click Download.

How to Use the Wyse USB Firmware Tool 1.20 to Update Firmware
To use the Wyse USB Firmware Tool 1.20 to update firmware, you need to have a USB storage device, a computer running a Windows operating system, and a third-party file archive program such as WinRAR, 7-Zip, or PeaZip. You also need to download the firmware image file for your thin client model and operating system from [Dell Support]. You can find the firmware image file under Operating System or System Utilities categories. You need to select either the raw image for use with FTP or Wyse Management Suite or the Merlin image for use with the Dell Wyse USB Imaging Tool.
Warning: The USB storage device is erased during the process. Back up any data from the USB storage device before following these steps to avoid data loss.
