Poster Board Stands

Wyoming INBRE owns several high-quality, custom-built oak boards and stands used for displaying posters. We do not charge for their use, but we do require recognition at your event, whether in the program, event signage/presentations, website or other appropriate means. There are two sizes;

• Small boards: 

  • 49 inches wide x 49 inches high

  • Can accommodate 2 posters each (front & back)

  • Quantity 46  (92 posters)

• Large boards:

  • 97 inches wide x 49 inches high

  • Can accommodate 4 posters each (front & back)

  • Quantity 14 (56 posters)

There are enough stands to accommodate a total of 148 posters. It is the responsibility of the borrower to transport the poster stands to and from the event and may require the use of a box truck or UW Moving Services.

We highly recommend requiring paper posters for your event (not cloth) and they may be affixed to the boards using command strips only. Tape and velcro tabs will damage the face of the poster boards. Numbers may be affixed to the wooden poster stand frame using velcro tabs.
