I've tried twice to use this policy for a broken set of headphones that i bought several months ago, and have despite providing all the proof requested i haven't had any success. I won't be insuring any other products through this company. There's really no point in buying it if it is impossible to actually use when needed. I think they make it so difficult on purpose so they never actually have to pay out www.walmart.com/protection.
