You've come a long way with the previous 12 steps. I'd like you for a moment to take inventory of just how far you've come. The previous step is broken into 2 parts and promises that any sane being will never browse the internet again. 

Affirmations: 

1. The internet is a false hive 

2. The interface is a false connection to a mass psychosis

3. The mind within is the only truth 

4. The cosmos is constantly being made by the forgotten self.  

‘Numbers are the universal language offered by the deity to humans." 

The Scapegoat Ritual: 

. Find the thing you love dearly removed from than the internet. This can be anything - a being, an object, an experience. - Swear an oath to the forgotten self to never return to the internet. If relapse into browsing, partially destroy the object as a sacrifice to the hand of the forgotten self in order to retain the righteous path.
