This is a notice of intention to cancel your enrolment in all current programs if you owe $500.00 or more in tuition fees after 25-Jul-2001. If you have paid your overdue fees in full in the past few days, please disregard this notice.

If you want to appeal the decision to cancel your enrolment by requesting a review of any fees due to University error, you need to do so before the cancellation date listed above by contacting VIUM

Overdue fee penalties

Until your overdue fees are paid in full, you will not be able to enrol, add classes, view your academic history (results), obtain a transcript of results or Statement of Academic Completion (SAC), or receive an award (graduate). 

If you have not paid your tuition fees 30 days after the due date (for each charge) and your total amount due is:

• $500.00 or more, your enrolment in all current programs will be cancelled even if you have paid (or have an approved HELP loan) for the other program/s that you are enrolled in. If your enrolment is cancelled, you still have to pay any materials or other fees e.g. library fines, or they will be referred to a debt collection agency at additional cost to you.

• $499.99 or less, these fees will be referred to a debt collection agency at additional cost to you.

You will have to reapply to the University if you wish to continue your studies in the cancelled program/s.
