This role combines administrative precision with charismatic public interfacing to ensure seamless event operations and a superior guest experience.About the RoleWe’re looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented Event Coordinator/Host to join our team. What You’ll Do
Plan and execute events from concept to completion.
Manage logistics: venues, vendors, catering, A/V, décor, and scheduling.
Collaborate with marketing to promote events and drive attendance.
Serve as MC/Host: guide program flow, introduce speakers, and engage audiences.
Ensure smooth guest and VIP experiences with top-notch hospitality.
Lead on-site teams, volunteers, and vendor coordination.
Gather post-event feedback and create reports to measure success.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of event planning, coordination, or hosting experience.
Strong public speaking and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Experience with event tools/platforms (Eventbrite, Zoom, Canva, Trello, Google Workspace).
Professional, polished presence with an inclusive hosting style.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic settings.
Nice to Have
Degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience in mission-based or client-centered organizations.
CPR/First Aid certification for in-person events.
