*Position Overview: The Chapter Leader serves as the primary representative and operational anchor ofThe Empowerment Network (T.E.N.) within their designated city or region. Operating as an Independent Contractor, this role is structured for high-level professionals who possess the autonomy, discipline, and entrepreneurial mindset required to build and lead a thriving local chapter.Chapter Leaders function as independent operators aligned with a centralized vision—responsible for developing, managing, and scaling their respective chapters while leveraging the infrastructure, brand, and strategic framework of Empowerment Management Group. This is not a traditional employment role. It is a performance-driven leadership opportunity designed for individuals who are prepared to take ownership of growth, execution, and outcomes within their market.
Core Responsibilities:1. Chapter Development & Leadership§ Establish, lead, and scale the local T.E.N. chapter in alignment with organizational standards§ Build a structured, multidisciplinary membership base§ Facilitate recurring meetings, mastermind sessions, and networking events§ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and measurable growth2. Membership Growth & Revenue Development§ Recruit, vet, and onboard qualified members§ Develop and execute strategies for consistent membership growth§ Drive revenue through membership, events, and aligned programming initiatives§ Maintain high retention through value-driven engagement3. Strategic Partnerships & Market Positioning§ Develop relationships with local businesses, institutions, and community leaders§ Establish the chapter as a credible and influential presence within the region§ Identify opportunities for collaboration, sponsorship, and joint initiatives4. Program Execution§ Implement T.E.N. programming, including:a. Mastermind groupsb. Professional development sessionsc. Business and leadership workshopsd. Strategic networking events§ Ensure all programming meets quality, structure, and impact standards5. Operational Management§ Maintain accurate records of membership, attendance, and activities§ Adhere to organizational systems, reporting expectations, and brand standards§ Coordinate logistics for events and initiatives6. Brand Representation§ Represent T.E.N. and Empowerment Management Group with professionalism and integrity§ Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and brand alignment§ Serve as the official ambassador of the network within the designated region
*Independent Contractor Structure§ Operates as a non-employee, independent contractor responsible for their own schedule, workflow, and execution§ Compensation is performance-based, not salaried or hourly§ Responsible for managing local operations in alignment with provided frameworks§ May engage in additional entrepreneurial or professional activities outside of T.E.N., provided there is no conflict of interest§ Expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and self-direction
*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)§ Membership acquisition and retention§ Revenue generation (membership, events, partnerships)§ Event execution and attendance§ Partnership development and community presence§ Member satisfaction and engagement§ Consistency of operations and reporting
