Pastor Rick Neathery has been serving in ministry for more than four decades. Ricky began singing at the age of five and playing musical instruments by seven. His passion for worship, and music ministry led him to begin his adult ministering publicly through music in 1981 and preaching in 1983.

In 1993 he entered pastoral ministry and has since had the privilege of pioneering two churches and pastoring four wonderful congregations and continues to pastor at House of Prayer Church in Newark Tx.                                                                       His heart is to see people encounter the presence of God, grow in faith, and experience the transforming work of the Holy Spirit in their lives.

Ricky is married to his wife Julie, and together they have three wonderful daughters, three amazing sons-in-law, and seven grandchildren who lovingly call him “Pappy.” He is passionate about serving God, loving people, worship music, photography, and spending time with family.

Pastor Rick's life message is simple: to love God wholeheartedly, serve people faithfully, and encourage others to walk in the truth and power of God’s Word, and lead others to a place of conviction and relationship with Jesus Christ.
