Questo inno è nato alla fine del 1400, in Provenza. Zenith si trova in una zona legata alla cultura provenzale-occitana, perciò vogliamo ricordare le nostre tradizioni locali. Il Re René amava e proteggeva le arti e   nella melodia si nota la presenza di molti strumenti musicali (organo, cornamusa, flauto, tamburo…).

Ci piace l’idea di un inno che si basa sull’unione dei suoni di vari strumenti diversi, perché crediamo nell’Unione (solidarietà e rispetto reciproco) e nel valore della diversità.

ETIMOLOGIA DEL NOME -  

In astronomia, Zenith è il punto immaginario dell’intersezione tra la retta verticale passante per l’osservatore e la sfera celeste; indica il punto più alto, la posizione massima.

La parola deriva dal termine arabo  samt, cioè ‘via, strada, direzione’, latinizzata con fantasia da qualche copista medievale in sanit e zenit.

Sono stati proposti e votati vari nomi per la micronazione:

-        Zenith,  Pathos , Extus e Entropy.

La votazione ha portato alla scelta del nome “Zenith” con 6 voti su 7. (1 voto è andato a Entropy)

Dopo aver scelto il nome, sono state disegnate varie bandiere e si è creata la bandiera ufficiale, con la stella/simbolo di Zenith.

E’ stato scelto questo nome perché aspiriamo a un ideale, un obiettivo da raggiungere, lo zenith:  crediamo in un mondo migliore, con più unione fra le persone, più accettazione delle diversità di ognuno, più libertà e vera democrazia, più pace e collaborazione

Forma politica

Sono state votate tre forme politiche e i risultati sono stati i seguenti:

-        Dittatura : 0 voti; Monarchia: 2 voti; Repubblica: 3 voti.    Votazioni effettuate su 5 votanti.

Partiti politici – E’ stato presentato il programma del partito Socialdemocratico della biodiversità: il partito si basa sull’uguaglianza delle persone e sul rispetto dell’ambiente.

Storia della nascita della micronazione Zenith

Nell’estate 2022, il futuro Presidente John parlò agli amici del suo grande interesse per le micronazioni, sostenuto da Bismark.  In particolare, gli amici furono colpiti dal sito e dalla storia della micronazione Obscurium e decisero di approfondire, parlando via discord con il Presidente Zar Antonov, che spiegò molte informazioni sulla sua micronazione e su come crearne una.  Il Presidente inviò un pacco contenente gadget di Obscurium e un libro con consigli per fondare una micronazione.

Quindi l’idea diventò realtà  il 15 ottobre 2022, quando furono scelti gli elementi essenziali della Repubblica parlamentare di Zenith.

Il territorio principale di Zenith è un appartamento situato nel centro della città di Cuneo.  Qui si svolgono le riunioni, le votazioni più importanti e le cerimonie.

I cittadini iniziali erano  pochi, ma in qualche settimana, il gruppo si è allargato e sono stati distribuiti i Ministeri, in base alle capacità e ai desideri di ognuno.

Chi lo desidera può presentare domanda di cittadinanza, spedendo l’apposito modulo che si trova sul sito.

Si verrà sottoposti a un test che accerta la lettura e la comprensione di alcuni aspetti principali di Zenith.

I cittadini riceveranno poi un certificato di cittadinanza.

A ogni cittadino viene anche inviato il modulo “Proposte per Zenith”, per ascoltare le idee di tutti e, se votate a maggioranza, metterle in pratica.

Si sono presi contatti con varie micronazioni; la risposta è arrivata soprattutto dal Principato di Duckionary e, ovviamente , da Obscurium, il cui Presidente, Zar Antonov, è diventato cittadino onorario.

A gennaio 2023, sono stati presi contatti anche con la Micronazione il Bardo, di Mondovì, a pochi km da Zenith, con l’obiettivo di collaborare nella lotta per un ambiente migliore e di conoscersi di persona in primavera.

SIMBOLI DI ZENITH

Animale nazionale :  FALCO – nome : Rigel.  

E’ stato scelto il falco perché nel territorio di Zenith molto frequentemente è possibile avvistare falchi, di varie specie: falco pellegrino, picchiaiolo…, protetti nei Parchi della zona.

Inoltre, il falco vola alto, in modo veloce (è l’uccello più veloce della Terra) , e ha un’apertura alare di circa un metro: questi particolari richiamano la volontà di Zenith di aspirare a ideali grandi, per cui lottare e volare con decisione sopra difficoltà quotidiane, e di mostrarsi aperti verso le diversità, considerate una ricchezza.

Mascotte : GATTO – nome: Zenny

E’ stato scelto il gatto perché è un animale astuto, capace di fedeltà, ma anche molto legato alla propria libertà: la libertà fa parte del motto di Zenith. Il gatto domestico ama la propria casa, come gli Zenithiani sono legati alla propria patria, in cui ritrovarsi, in modo tranquillo e accogliente.  Il gatto domestico gioca con vivacità e a Zenith ci si ritrova spesso per sfidarsi a

Giochi di società, soprattutto storici, o creativi, come “Dungeons and Dragons”.

Il gatto domestico dona molto affetto e noi Zenithiani diamo molto valore all’amicizia, all’aiuto reciproco e alla collaborazione.

Sport nazionale : nuoto e Taekwon-do      

Gli zenithiani, d’estate, si ritrovano in piscina, per rilassarsi in bagni rinfrescanti e per elaborare nuove idee per Zenith o sfidarsi a giochi di strategia.

Lo sport  Taekwon-do         è stato aggiunto su proposta del cittadino Priore, maestro di questa disciplina, che si propone di mostrare e insegnare agli Zenithiani.

Attività ricreative nazionali – Giochi di strategia, soprattutto basati sulla collaborazione reciproca , come

“Pandemic”, “Black orchestra”, “The game” o sulle ricostruzioni storiche e belliche, come “Risiko”, “Quartermaster General WW2”.   Gli Zenithiani si ritrovano anche per campagne di “Dungeons and Dragons”.

This hymn was born at the end of 1400, in Provence. Zenith is located in an area linked to the Provençal-Occitan culture, so we want to remember our local traditions. The King René loved and protected the arts and in the melody we note the presence of many musical instruments (organ, bagpipes, flute, drum...).

We like the idea of an anthem that is based on the union of the sounds of various different instruments, because we believe in the Union (solidarity and mutual respect) and in the value of diversity.

ETYMOLOGY OF THE NAME -

In astronomy, Zenith is the imaginary point of the intersection between the vertical line passing through the observer and the celestial sphere; it indicates the highest point, the maximum position.

The word comes from the Arabic word samt, that is, 'street, road, direction', Latinized with fantasy by some medieval copyist in sanit and zenit.

Various names for micronation have been proposed and voted:

- Zenith, Pathos , Extus and Entropy.

The vote led to the choice of the name "Zenith" with 6 votes out of 7. (1 vote went to Entropy)

After choosing the name, various flags were drawn and the official flag was created, with the star/symbol of Zenith.

This name was chosen because we aspire to an ideal, a goal to achieve, the zenith: We believe in a better world, with more unity among people, more acceptance of the diversity of everyone, more freedom and true democracy, more peace and collaboration

Political form

Three political forms were voted and the results were as follows:

- Dictatorship : 0 votes; Monarchy: 2 votes; Republic: 3 votes. Votes taken on 5 voters.

Political parties - The program of the Social Democratic Party of Biodiversity was presented: the party is based on equality of people and respect for the environment.

History of the birth of the Zenith micronation

In the summer of 2022, future President John told friends about his great interest in micronations, supported by Bismark. In particular, friends were impressed by the site and history of the micronation Obscurium and decided to deepen, speaking via discord with President Zar Antonov, who explained much information about his micronation and how to create one. The President sent a package containing gadgets of Obscurium and a book with tips for founding a micronation.

So the idea became reality on October 15, 2022, when the essential elements of the Parliamentary Republic of Zenith were chosen.

The main territory of Zenith is an apartment located in the city center of Cuneo. Meetings, important votes and ceremonies take place here.

The initial citizens were few, but in a few weeks, the group expanded and the Ministries were distributed, according to the abilities and desires of each.  Those who wish can apply for citizenship, sending the appropriate form that is on the site.  You will be subjected to a test that ascertains the reading and understanding of some main aspects of Zenith.

Citizens will then receive a certificate of citizenship.

Each citizen is also sent the form "Proposals for Zenith", to listen to the ideas of all and, if voted by majority, put them into practice.

Contacts were made with various micronations; the answer came mainly from the Principality of Duckionary and, of course, from Obscurium, whose President, Tsar Antonov, became an honorary citizen.

In January 2023, contacts were also made with Micronazione il Bardo, in Mondovì, a few kilometers from Zenith, with the aim of collaborating in the fight for a better environment and getting to know each other in person in the spring.

SYMBOLS OF ZENITH

National animal : FALCO - name : Rigel.

The falcon was chosen because in the territory of Zenith very frequently you can see hawks, of various species: peregrine falcon, woodpecker... protected in the Parks of the area.

In addition, the hawk flies high, so fast (it is the fastest bird on Earth) and has a wingspan of about a meter: these details recall Zenith’s desire to aspire to great ideals, for which to fight and fly decisively over daily difficulties, and to be open to diversity, considered a wealth.

Mascot : CAT - name: Zenny

The cat was chosen because it is a clever animal, capable of fidelity, but also very attached to its freedom: freedom is part of Zenith’s motto. The domestic cat loves its home, as the Zenithians are linked to their homeland, in which to find themselves, in a quiet and welcoming way.  The domestic cat plays with vivacity and in Zenith we often meet to challenge each other to

Board games, especially historical, or creative, such as "Dungeons and Dragons".

The domestic cat gives a lot of affection and we Zenithians give a lot of value to friendship, mutual help and collaboration.

National sport : swimming and Taekwon-do

The Zenithians, in summer, meet in the pool, to relax in refreshing baths and to come up with new ideas for Zenith or challenge themselves to strategy games.

The sport Taekwon-do was added on the proposal of the citizen Prior, master of this discipline, which aims to show and teach the Zenithians.

National hobby - Strategy games, especially based on mutual collaboration , as

"Pandemic", "Black orchestra", "The game" or historical and war reconstructions, such as "Risiko", "Quartermaster General WW2".   The Zenithians also gather for "Dungeons and Dragons" campaigns. ;
