With www.aka.ms/yourphonepin, you can quickly and easily connect an Android device to your Windows computer and begin efficiently managing photos, replying to texts, and, depending on your phone model, much more.

System Requirements to Link Phone

There are some minimum requirements for this app to run smoothly on your device. Here are the system requirements for both of your devices for the most optimal experience:


  • PC OS: Windows 11 version 17134.0 or above, Xbox One.

  • Hardware: ARM, ARM64, x64, x86, Bluetooth feature available

  • Android Device: Minimum Android 7, Phone screen feature requires Android 11, a complete list of Samsung devices that get this feature can be seen on the Supported devices for Your Phone app page .

How to use Phone Link on Windows 11?

To properly log in and link your Windows 11 PC and Android phone with www.aka.ms/yourphonepin, you must complete the lengthy process outlined below.


  • On your computer, search for ‘Phone Link’ and click the relevant option.

  • From the introductory screen, click ‘Get started.

  • On your Android phone, paste www.aka.ms/yourphonepin into your browser. You should be redirected to the Google Play Store.

  • Download the app if it hasn’t been already. Once complete, tap ‘Open’ and then ‘Link your phone and PC

  • You should see a message saying ‘Is the QR code on your PC ready?’. Tap continue.

  • Accept any required permissions, then hold your phone up to the QR code on your computer to scan it. If that doesn’t work, you may need to enter a PIN.
