Bayside Key Club Celebrates Halloween Parade and Fall Rally 2024

Last Halloween, Key Club members had a blast representing Bayside High School at the College Point Halloween Parade! The atmosphere was spirited, with families, friends, little ghouls, and Marvel heroes filling the streets. Key Club volunteers handed out bags of candy to excited kids, who couldn’t wait to show off their costumes and helped with clean-up afterward to keep the area looking fresh. Bayside High School senior Sabrina Lin mentioned, "The parade was packed and super noisy, but that’s exactly what made it such a fun and memorable experience!"

The Fall Rally 2024, held on October 27th at LIU Brooklyn, brought together Key Club members from across New York City divisions for a day of engaging and educational workshops. Students explored topics such as running for higher office and public speaking, gaining valuable skills, and networking with like-minded peers. The event also featured a fun service project where members created origami, followed by a raffle with candy prizes. To top it off, everyone enjoyed pizza, making the day both productive and enjoyable!
