Eli brings an array of mind-body energy practices, and a wealth of insight to his teaching of the ancient wisdom practice of Qi Gong. He draws from various powerful Qi Gong schools, Medical Qi Gong, Martial Arts, Tao Yin (Chinese Yoga), as well as Buddhist and Taoist styles of meditation.
Eli studied with master teachers in the USA and abroad for over 10 years, and shares this powerful practice with great enthusiasm and love. Known for his approachable and dynamic style of teaching, He teaches classes and facilitates workshops regularly around the San Francisco Bay Area.
Eli formulates special programs geared toward stress management for organizations like: Google Inc., Stop Aids Project SF, Department of Aging and Adults, City of San Francisco and more. Working with various crowds allows him to develop a flexible practice methodology, with an emphasis on addressing each group’s flow and needs.
