Want to learn how to control your nervous system? How to build inner force and balance? Think of a bull or a cow — they can move the skin on their back or legs without moving their body. Try practicing that when you’re free or traveling. When you can consciously move or sense the skin and muscles between each joint — like between your wrist and elbow, or elbow and shoulder — you begin to access true control over your nervous system. And with that comes the power to overcome pain.
