PROVIDER

Heather Thomas is an experienced Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC).  Heather has worked as a therapist, clinical director of community mental health center, and as a regional director for a substance use provider for over 16 years.  

Heather's passion is people. You are welcome here. Therapy is a safe space to explore, find solutions, learn about yourself, find peace, and cultivate joy.

• Individuals 18 and older

• Telehealth/virtual care in the comfort of your own home or ease of location anywhere in Iowa. Individualized evidence-based treatment rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
