Mr. Sharma Ajay is the Co-founder and CEO of Home Care Services Company (now renamed to HCS Company).

Ajay’s early few years were spent mainly in Uttar Pradesh where he completed his schooling at Rajkumari Inter Collage’s school and post completing 10th standard he moved to Ahmedabad to complete the later part.

He holds a bachelors of technology degree from IIT-K and an BA from IIM Ahmedabad (Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad)

So how did Sharma Ajay come up with the idea of Home Care Services which is now known as HCS Company?

Sharma Ajay soon closed their start-ups and finalized home services as space they would like to venture into. Seeing that the Indian home services sector is fragmented and largely unorganized.

Initially, all 3 started looking for plumbers, Carpenter ,electrician as they would then connect them to friends and families. After which they started testing this idea with employees of their friend’s companies and browsed FB groups intending to find people looking for these services. They created a Face book Page Home Care Services in the year 2016 and made the company made its first investment of 1000Rs on Facebook advertising.

In early 2020 Home Care Services was renamed HCS Company as a step towards their plans of global expansion.

HCS Company is a home services marketplace. Through the platform, consumers can book On Demand services at home.
