COMMUNITY ROOM rentals:
RENTALS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19 REGULATIONS AND CURRENT SOCIAL GATHERING RESTRICTIONS.
Our Community Room is available to both residents and non-residents for a reasonable rate plus security deposit. Out of State rentals are not permitted. Please contact the Township Office for availability of room rental and for a contract or you can download a contract under the "FORMS" section. Booking ahead is recommended, especially if you wish to book a date during the Holiday Season or Summer Months.
PLEASE NOTE SMOKING AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

MUNICIPAL LIEN LETTERS:
Municipal Lien Letter Requests cost $40 per parcel. They do not include water, sewage, or garbage. Dye tests are not required by the Township. If your financing company requires a dye test, contact the Washington County Sewage Council at 724-223-0504.

PERMIT APPLICATIONS
REMINDER: If you have a question as to whether a home project requires a Township permit, please don't hesitate to call the Township Office or Vince Alfieri, the Zoning Officer and UCC Building Official. Information is also listed under our "Permits and Applications" tab. Some permits are available for download or please call or e-mail to request one to be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to you, You may also pick one up at the Township Building as long as Covid-19 procedures are followed.
Vince stops in the Township Building each Thursday to process permit applications and same day approval is not guaranteed. The time frame depends on the type of permit, information required, and inspection procedures. All permits must be paid for prior to receipt.
If you fail to obtain a required permit for a project, such as a swimming pool, you will receive a letter from our Code Enforcement Officer with a 7-10 day timeframe to complete necessary paperwork and may be accessed fines.
