The Board of Supervisors of Buffalo Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania will hold an Organizational Meeting on Monday, January 4, 2021, at the Township Building, located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 at 5:30 p.m.

The Board of Supervisors of Buffalo Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania will hold their Regular Monthly Meeting on Monday, January 4, 2021, at the Township Building, located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 at 6:30 p.m.

The Board of Supervisors of Buffalo Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania will hold a Planning Commission Meeting for organizational purposes on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at the Township Building, located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 at 6:00 p.m.

The Board of Auditors of Buffalo Township will hold their Organizational Meeting on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the Township Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 at 7:00 p.m.

The Regular Monthly Meeting of the Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors will be held on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The meetings will be located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane Washington, Pennsylvania 15301.

The Planning Commission Meetings of Buffalo Township will be held on the last Wednesday of every month, at 7:00 p.m. on an as needed basis.

The Zoning Hearing Board meetings of Buffalo Township will be held on an as needed basis at 7:00 p.m.

All of the above meetings are closed to the public, until further notice. The public is welcomed to provide comments or ask questions, either by email (supervisors@buffalotwp.com) or written correspondence (400 Buffalo Center Lane Washington, Pennsylvania 15301) directed to the Office of the Secretary/Treasurer of Buffalo Township, during regular business hours.

The meeting will be closed to the Public. The Planning Commission of Buffalo Township will hold a Planning Commission Meeting at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this Planning Commission Meeting is for consideration of a change of Zoning for a retail outlet currently zoned Light Industrial and to change Zoning to Commercial. The property is located at 200 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301. Also, to be considered is a subdivision for Robert Logsdon and for Range Resources to place a meter site at the Larry Smith Well Pad. The meetings are conducted using the Public Participation Resolution (posted below for your convenience) adopted on May 6, 2020. Each person will have three (3) minutes to address their topic. The Township Office is closed to the public until further notice but residents are encouraged to call or e-mail questions during normal office hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Zoning Officer/Building Official is processing permit applications so please call the office to have one mailed to you or you can pick one up by appointment only. Please note you must wear a mask, practice social distancing, and use the provided hand sanitizer station when picking up or dropping off permit information.

We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your cooperation during this difficult and unprecedented time. It is imperative to limit foot traffic and personal contact in order to protect the public and our employees so we can continue to serve you. Our Lobby area and Staff offices are too small to maintain proper social distance. Please remember to maintain social distance and wear a mask if you wish to speak to Road Crew Members outside on the job.
