This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Hyplex Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Community Standards & Child Safety (CSAE)
Hyplex is a community-driven platform. To ensure a safe environment, we strictly enforce the following standards regarding User Generated Content:
Child Safety Standards (Zero Tolerance):
Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, generating, or promoting any content that depicts, encourages, or suggests Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE).
Reporting: We will report any instances of CSAE content, along with available user data, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
Consequences: Any user found violating this policy will have their account permanently terminated immediately.
Objectionable Content & Behavior:
We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, bullying, or violence.
Users can report/flag objectionable content directly within the app.
We will review and remove reported content that violates these standards within 24 hours.
2. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way. However, the app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
4. Cookies
This Service does not explicitly use these “cookies”. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device.
5. Security
I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
7. User Control and Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your data. In case you created an account you have the following options regarding your content and account:
Granular Deletion: You can delete individual posts or comments you have created at any time directly through the app interface without deleting your entire account.
Full Account Deletion (In-App): You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data by navigating to your User Profile > Delete Account within the application.
Account Deletion Request (Web Method): If you are unable to access the app or wish to request deletion remotely, you may contact us at omegaxcomp10@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and permanently delete your account and personal data (email, username) within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
