Villagers

Objective: Get rid of those werewolves or anyone else who threatens your village's peace

Strategies:

Ask questions to the group or an individual:
- - Why did you do the thing you did?
  - Why didn’t you do this other thing?
  - Remind me why you think So-and-so is safe?
As you ask more and more questions, people's stories will crack or you will trip up those who need to lie.
Work with your fellow villagers to distract werewolves from people who aren’t as stealthy as you, give them an excuses for being not being as covert

Werewolves

Objective: Eliminate everyone else to parity of the live members of your pack

Strategies:

Claiming other roles
Act natural, remember to be a concerned villager - maybe use that concern to take control
Incite chaos and confusion in your villagers, so you can come in and ‘fix’ things

Independents

Objective: With their own unique goals in order to win or to steal wins from others.

Strategies: See below, as strategies are dependent on the role and affiliations.

Seer

Be careful you do not reveal your role early
If you find a Werewolf, tell the town who you are if you must to get them to kill the Werewolf.
You don’t have to share the intelligence you receive directly to the group, test your neighbours and share what you know with them

Healer (Priest)

Wait for the Seer to be outed and then protect them

Apothecary (Diseased)

Do whatever you can to get yourself eaten by the Wolves. Sooner is better.
Declaring you are the Seer may work, but it may not.

Lycan

Immediately tell the town what you are. They need to know and they probably should kill you
