Explanation:
The game tried to access the memory that is non existent or not allowed to access. It can be due to corrupted game files for drivers.
1) Verify the game files using wrench icon in the launcher.
Old Launcher (v1.7.4 and below)
New Launcher (v2.0.3
2) If you can go to the rover screen, Click on tools -> Clear Patches. And repeat Step 1 after that. ⬇️
3) Launch UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe in your Wuthering Waves\Wuthering Waves Game\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us folder and launch it to fix any issues with Unreal Engine.
4) Reinstall your GPU drivers
1. For AMD GPUS- https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-reinstall-amd-drivers/
2. For Nvidia GPUS- https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-reinstall-nvidia-drivers/
NOTE: TRY INSTALLING STUDIO DRIVERS(Nvidia) OR PRO DRIVERS(AMD). These are usually more stable and might fix the crashes

Sometimes restarting the device or game can solve the issue
Windows/Driver Updates
Right-click on “Windows PowerShell” in the search results. From the context menu that appears, select “Run as administrator.”
Copy this block into Powershell script:
install-packageprovider -name "nuget" -force
install-module pswindowsupdate -force
set-executionpolicy -scope currentuser -executionpolicy unrestricted -force
import-module pswindowsupdate
get-windowsupdate -install -microsoftupdate -acceptall
Check for GPU Driver updates on the GPU manufacturer's website

Clear Patches or if you can't access Rover Screen, delete Saved Folder in the Client Folder

Underclock you GPU using MSI Afterburner: https://www.makeuseof.com/how-underclock-gpu/
Reinstall your Drivers:
Go here: https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
Download Display Driver Uninstaller.
Run it and completely uninstall the drivers
Check the section in Additional Sources on "How to install Studio/PRO drivers" or Click HERE and find the same
Additional Info:
(IMPORTANT) The Powershell script downloads all cumulative updates provided by Microsoft and their associated drivers. This is to ensure that no lack of updated software is the cause for the error.
Stress test suggestion for GPU in step 6 of https://www.dragonflydb.io/error-solutions/unreal-engine-error-0x887a0020 : (Probably not the cause if every other app works, can be skipped) https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-stress-test-gpu/
Always monitor your stuff with MSI Afterburner. If your GPU (or anything, really) reaches uncomfortable temperatures (90°C+) despite being within the spec requirements then either the game optimization, graphic settings or your hardware is the issue.

Kuro Customer support usually doesn't answer Performance/Bug reports, so don't expect an answer. Wait for a game hotfix to solve the issue.

Only for Nvidia GPUs, Not applicable for AMD
Launch the game and wait for crash
Press Win+R and type "eventvwr.msc" OR Search for Event Viewer in Start Menu
Select "Windows Logs" on the left
Select "Application" in the middle
Select "Open" on the right
If you see an error in the middle then select it
If the first line in the error says "Faulting application name: Client-Win64-Shipping.exe" then you are on the right track
If it doesn't then check the other errors until you find it (you may have to wait 5 min after crashing in the game for it to appear here [try re-opening eventvwr.msc after some time])
Go to "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\nvwgf2umx.dll" or your specific drives path
By the time you are at this step the game should launch perfectly fine.
